When you sign up to become a member Hiphoptraxx.com, you agree to a one year contractual agreement to remain a member at the rate of $19.99 per year. All sales are final meaning no refunds will be given for any reason. You can cancel at anytime but will not be reimbursed or given a pro rated refund on months not used. You will be notified 30 day's prior to your renewal deadline. If renewal payment is not made, your account will be closed and deleted. We refer the right to refuse, suspend, or delete any account at anytime without warning. Hiphoptraxx.com holds and will continue to hold all intellectual property rights of all proprietary and creative works. You CAN NOT stamp your name, your company's name or any other name, tradmark, logo, tag line or attach other visual or writings to our material. An exclusive license gives one the opportunity to earn unlimited revenue ONLY. As we retain all underlying rights to the music, Hiphoptraxx will not sell the track exclusively to another individual. As such we still retain the right to use specific wav files relevant to said instrumental producations and may make them in singularity or in it's entirety available for non-exclusive use through our site or networks sites in which we retain 100% ownership and management of. When using an exclusive track whether privately/publicly for profit/non-profit legally distributed domestically or abroad written or implied usage of track, you must add the following tagline to all documentation: "Produced by Hiphoptraxx.com". Failure to do so will breach the agreement and render it null and void.

What you will receive as a member?

You will receive a minimum of Three Royalty Free Sample CD's Per Year from the date that you officially become a member. This CD will include the highest quality Royalty Free samples, loops, sounds, and instruments that you can use in FL Studio. It will be free to download in our members area. Their will be a shipping option for those needing a CD-rom of the sample CD's. This charge will be paid by each member for each new Volume of Samples and Loops. Shipping charges will vary by State. If you are in another country, please be advisded that you will have a higher shipping rate then those in the continental United States. You will also have access to our Blog which will remain private until further notice. Also as a member of Hiphoptraxx.com, you will receive the entire Fruity Loops Made Easy Video Tutuorial Collection via instant download through our Members Area. This will include all bonuses outlined on our sales page plus any other items that we arbitrarily add from time to time. This may include additional samples, loops, sounds, and vst intruments/effects of our choice.
